Indeed, there's no such thing in this world that can ever replace the happiness inside brought to us from these people... Here's another legacy to share with you all. It takes a Million steps, hunger, devastation and downfalls for us to realize the essence of appreciating the beauty of nature, regardless of how far it is to reach the highest part of the Archipelago, what matters is that, what does it brings to everyone. I am absolutely proud not just because I reached this newly recognized Ancestral Domain in the Phils., but because of the fact that I was one of the hundreds of mountaineers who acknowledged the presence of Tribes in this area as a community who also brought simple activities, funds and feeding of children. So, I and my friends went to this coffee shop where everyone knows how does it gives spectacular perceptions. Honestly, it was my first time of having my coffee experience in the coffee shop,  I got a piece of money to buy and treated my friends for that particular day. HILAS ko ato na time. lols We first tried to visit one of their branches located in SM Lanang Premiere, Davao City. We looked for a vacant seat but unfortunately, there was no available. I noticed that most of the seats were occupied by just single people, I was confused if it was really the idea that even if you're alone, you can use the bigger space of seat. I just thought so... I also noticed that most of the customers were young adults, using their phones and laptops, waiting for nothing (I think so), relaxing, so to speak. "I am proud of being poor!" - we always hear this statement, implying that one is not ashamed of being poor. This statement contains a strong message that may determine the value of being a proud individual who experiences poverty and the lack of material things that are supposedly available and visible inside a house - it delivers the message to never be ashamed of who you are and what you only have, instead be proud because you are alive and enjoying the gift of life. So, it's Kadayawan sa Davao, 2018. Of course, part of me being a "Dabawenyo", don't wanna miss out the wonderful kadayawan experience.  I just started enjoying the experience on a Friday night with Bamboo in Kadayawan Square. The next day was 'supposedly' a live serenade experience from ABS-CBN's Tawag ng Tanghalan Artists in Almendras Gym. Someone gave me VIP Tickets for two. When inside, the host set an expectation that the artists were coming. Everyone was excited. However, later on the show, after making us all wait for the said artists, the host announced that the artists cannot celebrate with us due to one circumstance - super DELAYED FLIGHT. The host said that he received a confirmation from Star Magic that they will cancel the appointment and just postpone it to some other day. Everyone was VERY disappointed.
